By incorporating use of both automatic and semi-automatic
encapsulation machines, our encapsulation department is able
to encapsulate over 30,000,000 capsules a month. The highly
skilled workers working in this department follow strict good
manufacturing procedures and maintain high quality control
standards. We have the ability to produce very small capsules
(#2) to the very large (#00) size capsules.
 Tablet
Compression:
In any given month SK Labs can deliver up to 50,000,000 tablets.
Our high-speed tablet compression machines are used to assure
consistent product quality and maximum output. Our compression
tools allow us to accommodate your needs for virtually any
tablet size or shape. We also specialize in creating tablets
that are chewable or time-released as well film coated.
 Milling
& Granulation
Particle size can be an important factor in manufacturing
a quality product. SK Laboratories can take blocked or caked
material and mill it into a fine state that can be easily
and accurately blended with other ingredients.
 Powder
Blending & Filling
SK Laboratories offers a custom powder blending service which
allows us to create homogenous mixtures tailored to your needs.
We use cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) in all
of our blending and packaging operations to provide the highest
level of quality to our customers. Powder blends can be either
manufactured and sold in bulk or repackaged into individual
bottles that are weight specific to your needs. Powders can
be filled into a variety of applications including plastic
bottles, wide-mouth jars, buckets and metal cans.

& Liquid Filling
SK Laboratories manufacturing facility is equipped with a
wide variety of stainless steel tanks, pumps, filters and
other equipment to produce liquids, drinks, oils. Our filling
and packaging equipment is tailored for precise measurement
and accurate fills.
